The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. The Arnika apartment is on the first floor. From the south-west facing balcony you can see the Sarntaler Alps. If you like it cosy or want to enjoy the warmth of a wood burner in winter, you've come to the right place.
The apartment Margerite is located on the top floor. From the balcony you can see the forest and meadows. The spacious dining table has enough space for 8 people. Here too, you will find everywhere furnished in natural wood. On the cosy balcony you can listen to the rustling of the trees,
The Alpenrose apartment is on the attic floor. The south-west facing balcony has a view of the valley. This apartment is very suitable for a large family, but also just for adults, as there is a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. Everything is made of natural wood or pine.
The Klee holiday apartment is on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for families with small children who need a pram or for people with disabilities. It is the largest holiday apartment on our farm. Enjoy the view of the Sarntal Alps from the sun terrace.
