The superior lodge with sofa bed on the 3rd floor is furnished with a king size bed, sofa bed (for two) kitchen corner and seating area, shower, toilet and double basin, TV and offers a balcony.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all holiday flats. The fully equipped kitchens leave nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service.

Double room with balcony facing west or direct access to the garden. Furnished in typical Tyrolean style, desk, luggage deposit, shower/WC with hairdryer, flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, telephone and room safe.

The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The 40m² big apartment “Sultan” is named after our first mare. It has one sleeping room with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, it disposes of a sleep couch for two persons in the kitchen-living room. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony to the south. One “extra”: from the sleeping room you have a direct view to the playground and the horses. Moreover, you can have free access to our Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment that you love at home and do not want to miss on your holiday: dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooking area, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, water boiler and other utensils as well as sufficient amounts of plates, cutlery and glasses. In the kitchen-living room, there is a lot of space to relax and be together with the family because of the big table and the big comfortable sofa. In the bathroom, you will find all you need: toilet, sink with mirror, shower, bidet, a window and a hairdryer as well as various options to place your personal belongings. We put at your disposition small and big towels that we change after request. The apartment has a balcony to the south with a fantastic panoramic view over Mareit and the Ridnaun valley.
