The Apartment Achat is a one-of-a-kind vacation rental for up to five guests and is situated at the Seeberhof in the winter wonderland of Racines in an enchanting, isolated setting offering spectacular views of the mountains of Racines. It boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. Only premium materials, including a lot of natural wood, were utilized for the furniture.

You will be welcomed into a brand-new apartment that includes a kitchen-living room with an induction hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils, as well as a sitting area with a 42-inch smart TV. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa bed in the living room. In addition, your expansive balcony in natural wood has a sun-drenched vista of the mountains and ski area of Racines-Giovo. Nothing feels as natural and pleasurable as warm wood (natural oak) under your bare feet, especially in the winter months. The exquisite bathroom, which has black tiles and a tinkling rain shower, is the main draw.

New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro.
