It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

From the balcony and the spacious terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view towards Penser Joch and Tatsch Spitze. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people.
