Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room and bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sleeping area with box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom, thus offering space for 2 people. It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

From the balcony and the spacious terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view towards Penser Joch and Tatsch Spitze. The entire apartment as well as the entrance are barrier-free and suitable for strollers.
