Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. Double Room

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow.
The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all holiday flats. The fully equipped kitchens leave nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service.

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

A small 'feel-good guarantee' across approx. 30 m² of living space! True to the motto: 'Small but beautiful'. In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The flat has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.
